Serenoa repens  is the Latin name for the palm commonly known as a Saw Palmetto. The variety for these seeds is sericea which is the silver type.

The seed are viable for many months after collection and typically germinate the following summer here. If there are any left unsold when summer comes I stop selling them and germinate the rest to grow.

These 100 seeds are ready for germination. Seed quantity in pic just for display, you'll receive 100.

This is a low growing palm not normally getting more than about 8' tall before bending over. Makes a good border plant in groups for large areas.
